The President Speech to our kids
Wow there was a lot of uproar about this. I wanted to read the speech first before making a judgment call on if I would pull my daughter out of school for the day. As parents it is our job to be informed about our kid's education. After reading the speech I was hopeful... praying that it would reach the right students to inspire them to reach their full potential. I believe this is exactly what are kids need to here. Look at the movies, tv, video games, and broken homes, etc. This is exactly what are kids needed to hear. This is not about politics this about a brighter future for our children. Keep trying and never give up the Lord is on your side.
