Have you ever had something lost or destroyed when you've flown ???? I have and have felt pretty helpless about doing anything about it. I wish I had the talent to do something like this to let the airlines know I wasn't happy!

This is so funny! Thanks for sharing this video. I used to work for Continental and I KNOW that the "Ramp Rats" as we called them would have surely been fired over something like that!
